Mr. Mozammel is a seasoned professional with a comprehensive skill set spanning accounting, auditing, advisory, valuation, and corporate affairs. He holds the esteemed designation of Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB).

Mr. Bakhtiar attained his master’s degree in finance from the University of Dhaka in 1979. He completed his Articleship from M. J. Abedin & Co. Chartered Accountants. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant from ICAB in 2013.

With an extensive career spanning over 16 years, Mr. Mozammel has garnered extensive experience in a diverse range of financial disciplines. And performed duty as an Accountant in large Companies more than 20 years. His expertise encompasses Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Share Valuation, Fixed Assets Valuation, Business Valuation, Special Financial Audit, Compliance Audit, Management Audit, Management Consultancy, Business Advisory, and Merger & Acquisition. He has undertaken numerous assurance engagements for both local and multinational corporations.
